Realty co plans Rs 700cr project
The Khivraj Group on 13th March, launched a Rs 700 crore residential project on the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) . OMR, which is at the heart of IT corridor, has been witnessing a flurry of real estate development activity involving a majority of Indian realty majors. The project spread across 15.5 acres of land will be completed in 3 years and will comprise of 912 apartments in eight 20-storeyed towers.
Ajit Chordia, the group managing director of Khivraj Group said that the group will develop 70 acres of land releasing more than 3,000 apartments in the OMR belt over the next four years. Another project of 2,500 apartments on the OMR would start in 6 months. He added that this project, involves an investment of Rs 700 crore and would be completed in four years.
